Order
To order please fill out the order form and and enclose the photo which you wish to have reproduced as a portrait. Postage is included in the price. Confirmation of your order will be sent promptly.
Photo
All types of photos sent to me from a computer, smartphone, iphone or by post are acceptable I I find them suitable for a portrait. I can make q larger portrait by combining several photos, or make requested changes.
Payment
The following methods of payment may be used:

This webshop uses SSL connection for the payment, which protects sensitive data, such as credit card information.
Work time
I will need up to three weeks in which to work on a portrait, depending on my other commitments. If there is an urgent need for the portrait, the time can be shortened, but never so much that high quality is compromised.
Shipment
Shipment and VAT are included in the price. The portrait and eventual paperphoto will be packed in protective silkpaper and posted in a sealed tube and sent 1 st. class.
Guarantee
I give a guarantee of 30 days for your full satisfaction – or a refund of the payment for the portrait – No questions asked.
If you are not satisfied, please return the drawing in the same contidion as received. I will also need information about your bank account in order to send a refund. Postage is at your own expense.
